Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Services offered

• In-home behavioral consultations: non-medical assessments, analysis, and guidance.
• Individual in-home dog training sessions.
• Group dog training sessions.
• Fun and sporting activities (recreational agility, educational games, etc.).
• Prevention interventions in schools and companies.
• Online services when appropriate.

Services are strictly non-medical and do not replace veterinary care.

2. Prices & travel expenses

Prices are stated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). They may be provided upon request or established via a quotation.

Travel expenses are included within a 30 km radius from the registered office. Beyond this distance: €0.40/km round trip, or a flat fee based on a quotation.

3. Payment terms

• Payment is due immediately at the end of the session, unless otherwise stated on the quotation or invoice.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer and cash.
• Any service that has begun is due in full.

4. Bookings, cancellations & rescheduling

• A booking becomes firm upon confirmation (by phone, email, or message).
• Cancellation / rescheduling up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: session charged in full, except in duly justified cases of force majeure.
• The provider may reschedule/cancel in case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, health, emergency); a new date will be proposed.

5. Client obligations

• Be of legal age and the dog’s legal owner/guardian.
• Dog must be identified, up to date on vaccinations, and covered by third-party liability insurance.
• Inform the provider of any health issues, ongoing treatment, or known aggressive behavior.
• Notify the provider if the dog may be potentially dangerous.
• Apply the advice provided consistently.

The provider may refuse a service if safety or proper execution is compromised.

6. Liability

The provider undertakes to use all necessary means to achieve the agreed objectives, without any guarantee of results.

The client remains fully responsible for their dog before, during, and after sessions. The provider cannot be held liable for damage caused by the animal or the client to third parties, animals, or property.

7. Personal data (GDPR)

Personal data (name, contact details, information about the dog) is used solely for managing the services. It is confidential and not shared with third parties without prior consent.

In accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679), you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data by writing to: pascal@education-canine-en-margeride.fr.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, the dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the provider’s registered office.

9. Acceptance of the Terms

The client acknowledges having read these Terms prior to any service and accepts them without reservation.
