This Privacy Policy describes how Éducation Canine en Margeride (Sole Proprietorship) collects and processes the personal data of users of the website education-canine-en-margeride.fr (hereinafter the “Site”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French “Informatique et Libertés” law.

  • Account data and dog declarations: as long as the account is active and/or necessary for follow-up, then deletion/archiving according to Site rules and any applicable obligations.
  • Technical and security logs: limited duration, generally a few months, unless longer retention is required in the event of an incident.

10. Security

Reasonable measures are implemented to ensure data security (access controls, updates, application and server protection, backups, etc.).

Users are invited to transmit only strictly necessary information via the forms.

11. Your Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
