- Account data and dog declarations: as long as the account is active and/or necessary for follow-up, then deletion/archiving according to Site rules and any applicable obligations.
- Technical and security logs: limited duration, generally a few months, unless longer retention is required in the event of an incident.

Reasonable measures are implemented to ensure data security (access controls, updates, application and server protection, backups, etc.).
Users are invited to transmit only strictly necessary information via the forms.
